He has been the Chairman of the Board of CVI since 2013. He has 27 years of experience in the insurance industry. He is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BIDV Insurance Corporation.
He holds Master of Economics at National Economics University, Hanoi, Vietnam, and Bachelor of Foreign Language Education at Vietnam National University.

 
He has been the Vice – Chairman of the Board of CVI since 2013. In addition to his role at Cambodia-Vietnam Insurance Plc, he has undertaken various leadership and management roles at other companies in Cambodia and Laos, such as Director of Canadia Group, Vice Chairman of Canadia Bank Lao LTD, and Vice Chairman of Cambodia Construction Association.
He has more than 30 years of experience in banking, insurance, investment and real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree at Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia and Master of Psychology Degree at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.

 
Over 21 years of experience in general insurance, with nearly 10 years in the Cambodian market.
Expertise in managing sales, underwriting, reinsurance, and claims operations. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. Recognized for strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to integrity. Innovative leader specializing in business development and strategic negotiation. Successfully built cohesive teams and expanded market presence through collaboration with international brokers, ensuring sustained portfolio growth and operational excellence.

 
Graduated in Finance and Banking major; have experience in banking and finance services for approximately 15 years; understand quite deeply about Cambodian banking and finance market. Able to manage working team, strong communication, good knowledge in consulting to customer about finance products as well as assessing customers’ demand, creative and collaborative in work.

 
She has been CVI’s Board member since 2018.
She holds MBA (Financial and Capital Market) University of Gloucestershire in UK and MBA (International Business) Panna Sastra University in Phom Penh, Cambodia and BBA (Finance and Banking) University of National Management, Phnom Penh, Cambodia..

Experienced investment and financial professional with over 15 years of experience in investment research, portfolio management, financial analysis, and risk management within leading securities, insurance, and asset management firms across Vietnam and Singapore. Proven track record in delivering strong investment performance, leading strategic research initiatives, and supporting high-level investment decision-making. Currently serving as Head of Research and Investment Committee Member at NH Securities Company.

He has been appointed as CVI’s independent director and Chairman of Audit Committee of CVI since 2018.
