Cambodia – Vietnam Insurance Plc (CVI) participates in the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on the “Barometer of Liability Agreement” (BOLA) between all General Insurance Companies in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
On 18th October 2019 at Cambodiana Hotel the Barometer of Liability Agreement (BOLA) was signed by all General Insurance Companies with the witness of HE. Mey Vann – Director General of the General Department of Financial Industry, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Mr. Huy Vatharo – Chairman of the Insurance Association of Cambodia, Representative of General Department of Police, Ministry of Interior, and the Managements of all General Insurance companies in the market. BOLA is expected to help the insurers:
– Speed up the claim processing
– Promote the image of the insurance industry
– Provide a platform for member companies to settle disputes over claims of Motor Liability Insurance.
